Top Cop is a 4 year old, 16.2 hand tall gelding. He has the sweetest personality and is a real in your pocket kind of boy. Top Cop has no bad habits or vices, (unless you consider dunking your hay in your water bucket), and was retired from racing sound. He should have no limitations for a second career.
