This handsome guy is appropriately named- Dutch Bus. He is 17 hands tall and a city block long.
Dutch Bus is a 7 year old gelding who was recently donated by his racing connections. His last race was at the end of October but he was training at Sam Houston Race Park until just before he came here.
Dutch Bus is still race fit and will need someone who is confident working with off the track thoroughbreds.
He seems to be really sweet and has been very polite since he arrived here. We have been doing a little ground work and he has had daily turn out where he loves to roll and play. He is a nice, BIG mover.
Dutch Bus has a pedigree filled with lots of athletic ability, including his sire, Will Take Charge, (by Unbridled's Song), who made 3.9 million dollars.
So, if you've been looking for a big guy... well, they don't get much bigger than this. You must be approved to visit the horses so get your application in right away. He will get snatched up quickly!
