Jersey Jim was recently returned to us after being adopted out a little over a year ago. Since returning, Jim has been working on regaining his confidence, which has come along quickly. He has been solid under saddle and has not offered any funny business.
Jersey Jim is a gorgeous, 5 year old, dark chestnut with golden dapples. He is a very sweet, in your pocket type gelding with the softest eyes you have ever seen. He thoroughly enjoys being groomed and will take all the hugs and snuggles you can give him.
Jersey Jim stands 15.2 hands tall and looks like a quarter horse. He has been ridden western and has completed our in-hand desensitization course as well as been ridden through our arena and trail obstacle courses. Since Jim retired from racing sound, he should have no limitations for a second career.
